Fairfield County Cottage

This little stone cottage, nestled on a quiet lane, began its life in the 1930s and has undergone several alterations and additions that reflect the changing tastes of the past 90 years. The goal of this new project is to harmonize these disparate elements into a cohesive whole and to transform the interior for a family anticipating retirement and a second life for the house—full of grandchildren and the next generation of family.
